All USA orders are delivered with tracked shipping with an expected delivery time of 5-8 Business Days. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.90 for all USA orders. 

Sale & Holiday Periods:

Please allow us extra time to process and ship your orders. We will do our best to get them out within 24 hours, but please be aware that it may take 48-72 hours during sale times. Please also allow up to 12 business days for your Black Friday order to arrive.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 for all international orders. All international orders are shipped with full tracking.

Absolutely! Your order will be shipped via USPS.

When entering your address on the order form, please click the box to indicate that your address is a PO Box, APO or FPO.

If you are located in EU, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. BeKynd Beauty has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government/border security and customs office.

If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, BeKynd Beauty agrees to refund your purchase cost (minus shipping cost to and from your country).

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it straight away.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@bekyndbeauty.com as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be updated once your order has entered processing.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is successfully delivered to that address, BeKynd Beauty cannot issue a refund or resend a replacement.
